Our in-house team of chartered town planners provide the full range of planning consultancy services required to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects – from initial site appraisals and due diligence, pre-application engagement and Environmental Impact Assessment Screening, through to designing and implementing bespoke planning strategies to include the preparation, submission, and management of applications for planning permission, and leading on public and stakeholder engagement, and negotiating the scope of s106 and other related planning legal agreements.

We can also coordinate specialist technical inputs (e.g., biodiversity, landscape, transport, noise) and handle consultation with stakeholders as part of the EIA process to support the planning application.
